In-person visits are combined with live video meetings, email support, and customized workouts to give you the support and instruction you need as you progress to your fitness and health goals!
$400/month includes 4 in-person sessions and 4 video sessions, personalized workouts, nutritional guidance, email and phone support, and wellness coaching
$250/ month includes 2 in-person sessions and 2 video sessions, personalized workouts, email and phone support, and wellness coaching
$140/ month includes 1 in-person session and 1 video session, personalized workouts, and email support
