A combination of expert in-home instruction, wellness coaching,  personalized workouts, and email and phone support will give you all the tools you need to be healthy, lose weight, and feel fantastic.

$90/ hr. Includes personalized workouts, email and phone support, and wellness coaching

 

Buddy training

Pair up with a friend or loved one to get personalized in-home personal training that is more economical. Enjoy the attention and expertise of a certified and experienced personal trainer in the convenience of your home. We will develop personalized workouts and nutrition plans, help you set goals, and support you with proper instruction and motivation to see you through to your success.

$50/ person per hour. Includes personalized workouts, email and phone support, and wellness coaching 

 

Web and In-person combination plan

Looking for the benefits of personal training to just get you going and stay on track? Our combo plan may be for you. In-person visits are combined with live video meetings, email support, and customized workouts to give you the support and instruction you need as you progress to your fitness and health goals!

$400/month includes 4 in-person sessions and 4 video sessions, personalized workouts, nutritional guidance, email and phone support, and wellness coaching

$250/ month includes 2 in-person sessions and 2 video sessions, personalized workouts, email and phone support, and wellness coaching

$140/ month includes 1 in-person session and 1 video session, personalized workouts, and email support 

 

Payment is accepted via cash, check, paypal, and paymate. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are also accepted.

It focuses on the inflammatory effects that digesting modern day wheat has on the body and the plethora of conditions it exacerbates. I just started the book and am also doing the gluten-free experiment on myself for a couple of weeks to see how I feel. I’ll keep you all posted.
