So, one of my clients recommended a book called “Wheat Belly” by William David. It focuses on the inflammatory effects that digesting modern day wheat has on the body and the plethora of conditions it exacerbates. I just started the book and am also doing the gluten-free experiment on myself for a couple of weeks to see how I feel. I’ll keep you all posted.
